Our Rooms are priced between 99.00 and 189.00 seasonally. You can check our availability for last minute special rate reductions. We cannot combine those with any other specials or discounts or gift certificates.
Check in is from 4:00pm until 7:00pm.
It is important that you read our policy on check-in
We realize that travel times can sometimes end up being longer than is anticipated; therefore, if you find yourself running late, please give us a call. As long as you contact us, we are more than happy to help you make your late arrival arrangements.
Please do not drop in on us early! We may not be at the house, or we may not be ready for you! If you find yourself needing to check-in early, please give us a call and make arrangements ahead of time.
- We have a very liberal, but firm cancellation policy.
We need at least seventy-two (72) hours notification, before your schedules arrival date, to accommodate a cancellation with a full refund; however, if you have to cancel with less notice than that, we will try to rent your room out, and refund your money if we are successful.
2010 will find us running our stay Green special. 3- nights or more will receive a 10% discount in exchange for light housekeeping. (light housekeeping means: we stock your room for a 3 night stay. We won;t change sheets or vacuum. We will provide you with whatever you need if you run out of anything. ) . This really helps to save on energy and on the impact that an Inn can have. You must request this at the time you book your stay. We will be ending our Green special effective October 1 for the season.

Call and ask us about our great facilities for families and groups! We have some wonderful room combinations that we can put together to keep your family or friends comfortable and together!
Our Josiah room can be added to the Andrew Suite directly across the hall. These two rooms can be connected with a hallway divider giving your group a Queen and two Twin beds to call home!
Also, our Lauren and Madison rooms can be rented together to give your group the whole top floor to yourselves! This combination can give you and yours up to two Queen and three Twin beds, as well as all the lovely room amenities of these two suites.
- You can rent our whole home for your private event!
This is a great home to rent as a whole for your reunion or event. The many decks, and open grounds, provide plenty of space for fun and relaxation for your whole group. If renting the house as a whole, our policy regarding children under 10 is inapplicable; you may feel free to have folks of any and all ages.
Her name is Coco. She is a small bijon and does not shed. She is very friendly and our guests love her almost as much as she loves them. Coco is not allowed in guest rooms. She is quite likely to greet you at the door, befriend you in a moment, and miss you when you go. Thank you for taking the time to read about our policies.
