So many guests have asked for our recipes that we have decided to post them here!  Please check back as we get these tasty instructions out of our thoughts and onto the page!

Our house favorite is by the the Rooster Nanny Pancake

 keep in mind that the timing for this has to be right as it has to be served right away

 feeds 6

6 eggs

1 cup flour

1cup milk

1tsp Baking Powder

1 cube butter

Seperate eggs.  Blend the yolks with flour/milk/BP.  melt cube of butter and pour into a casserole dish.  Beat egg whites till stiff.  slowly blend in the yolk mixture and pour into casserole dish.   Place in a preheated 350 degree oven.

Serve out of the oven with a your choice of syrups/  we like the blackberry syrup that we make in the fall with this.
